About Regina

Regina discovered her passion for movement and athletics at an early age. In her native Lithuania, she competed as a professional Track and Field athlete, specializing in hurdles for the 60- and 100-meter events, and representing her country at national and European competitions.

After her athletic career, Regina shared her love of movement as a high school Physical Education teacher, inspiring her students to embrace discipline, resilience, and the joy of pushing past limits.

Upon moving to the United States and making New York City her home, Regina became a certified Bikram Yoga teacher in 2007. For the next thirteen years, she guided students through the transformative practice of Traditional Hot Yoga, cultivating strength, flexibility, and focus in equal measure.

In 2020, drawing from her own experience and her students’ evolving needs, Regina developed Full Body Strength, a program designed to complement the flexibility of yoga with the empowering benefits of strength training. Using accessible dumbbell-based sequences, the method builds lean muscle, enhances balance, and supports mobility for graceful, long-term vitality. Full Body Strength is an inclusive and efficient approach that meets practitioners where they are, helping every body grow stronger.

What to Expect

A dynamic, dumbbell-based strength training practice designed specifically for yoga practitioners and movement teachers. Conducted in a lightly heated room, this training develops and tones muscle, enhances balance, and builds endurance – complementing the flexibility cultivated through yoga.
Throughout this course, you'll learn how to connect breath with muscular engagement, master proper form and sequencing, and integrate strength-based flows that target key muscle groups, tendons, ligaments, and joints. The result: stronger, more stable movement and a deepened understanding of how strength training supports longevity and injury prevention.
